Jill Levy Reiter practices exclusively in the specialized area of Real Estate Law. Jill has experience in all aspects of representing both purchasers and sellers of residential and commercial real estate. She began her professional career by representing Sponsors and Cooperative Corporations and was the head of that department in a boutique law firm, as well as the Managing Attorney for the firm.
Her specialization in this area of practice includes: writing and submitting Offering Plans, back-up documentation, No Action Letters and Amendments to the Attorney General's office for new construction Cooperatives and Condominiums, occupied Cooperative and Condominium conversions and Homeowners Associations. Her wide client base includes first time buyers as well as experienced real estate developers and investors.
Jill’s constant hands on approach and personal attention assures that her clients receive the best possible service throughout their transaction. Jill received her JD from Touro Law Center where she was an Editor of Touro Law Review. She is a Member of the New York State Bar Association.
